5. Who is Christina Shakelian?
I am a certified somatic coach with over 15 years of corporate experience, including 10 years in management & coaching roles at Apple. I studied at the School of Embodied Arts and developed a powerful approach blending traditional coaching with somatic and embodiment techniques

Sessions are held online for your convenience. Each session runs for approximately one hour and includes personalized somatic practices tailored to your goals.
