What is Somatic Healing?

Somatic healing is a whole-body approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy & coaching by recognising the deep connection between the mind and body.

In this work we use trauma-informed, body-focused techniques such as

  • Body awareness

  • Breath

  • Movement

  • Enquiry

  • Nervous system exercises

  • Mindfulness techniques

Focusing on the body, we use these techniques to uncover unconscious patterns that influence how you think, feel, and behave and together develop techniques to help you reduce anxiety & stress to reach calm and peace in your everyday life.
