Sometimes stress and anxiety can creep up on you… here’s a short 5 minute meditation to help you release some surface level stress and ground back into you body. The music will help bring about feelings of relaxation and peace. A body scan helps us to drop out of the overthinking mind and back into our bodies. Growing sensitivity to the sensations in our body help us to come back to the present moment, avoiding the endless mental analysis in the head.

Take 5 minutes and listen wherever you can…. the bathroom, on the train, in your bedroom, wherever you can find 5 minutes of privacy. Enjoy and I hope this brings you some relaxation!
